Our Story
The Bank Bar occupies a corner that has watched Middleton grow for decades. We didn't buy the space to preserve it — we bought it to put it to work. The result is a room that honors the solidity of its bones while serving some of the best coffee and cocktails in the valley.
By day, our baristas pull single-origin pour-overs and build espresso drinks with the same rigor you'd find in a specialty lab. By night, the same hands shift to spirit-forward cocktails, drawn from a menu that respects technique over trend.
We don't do happy hour gimmicks. We do well-made drinks, served in a room that feels like it belongs.
